The whole point of revealing a "weakness" is that it is a weakness, which would almost by definition be a red flag. The point is that you show that you are cognizant of this weakness and are trying to fix the "problem."

I think this could be a good response. I just probably wouldn't call it "RBF" and instead would say something about how you've learned that you don't always make the best first impression/seem approachable. Recognizing how it is important to be able to relate to people as a physician, you have actively tried to put yourself in situations where you have to interact with other people and overcome this. Etc.

Yeah definitely would not bring that one up... ever. Would make me concerned about medical school so not a good look.
