What is the format of the RC section of the DAT like compared to the Kaplan exams? My two main concerns are: 1) Are the paragraphs numbered, and 2) Does each question appear on a different page with the passage on every page too?

It is numbered.
And I think it looks just like Achiever

It will give you the whole passage to read, then when you press next there will be a question on top with the paragraph below.

So yes there is a new question per page, and the passage is on every page below the question.

Yes, and they are numbered just like doc says and I don't know about you guys but I had two sheets to write on and I wrote numbers 1-15 down the left sides of my sheets and wrote keywords for each paragraph to quickly find later. I suppose everyone might do this already, I don't know but I found it helpful...ymmv, fwiw.

Also, what sucks about the real DAT is that everytime you move to another question, the passage jumps to the beganing. So you have to remember the part of the passage you are concentrating on,and scroll down for every question you answer.

I know at least one of either top score or acheiver was like this, and I think the other was not.
