Kaplan Strategy
Skim and outline each paragraph with key words. Then refer back to the outline when answering questions. This can be time consuming so be careful.
Search and Destroy Method
Simply read the questions first and then look for the answers in the passage. If you have good memory, this method could work for you!
My personal strategy
Skim the paragraphs and write down ONE word to describe what each paragraph is about. Spend no more than 30 seconds per paragraph. Spend no more than 20 minutes total to read and answer the questions for each passage.

Read first few questions. Start reading article. Answer questions as they are answered in the article. When the first questions you've read are answered, read another chunk of questions. Repeat until RCs been slain. That's the method I used, it worked alright, but I wish I had done a little more practice. The only practice I did was the 3 Achiever RC sections, and I don't think it was enough.
