I am a re-applicant. I went to E-submit my application and the question "Is this the Primary College or University you attended?" is a new question on this years application. However, I can't edit my previously verified schools to select yes.

I tried to re-add the school but then the coursework section shows missing fields. I don't mind re-entering everything if that's what I have to do, but will that mean I will need to re-submit my transcript? Just wondering if anyone went through this same issue and what they did to resolve it. I tried calling but they are already closed and I won't have a chance to call tomorrow. Thanks guys!!

I went through the same thing. The person on the phone made me add the same school again and do some weird things for the course work section that I don't remember (a few steps I think) and I ended up having to get a brand new transcript sent again. So I have the same school listed twice in my application but they said this was okay and that they would combine it. And when I went to e-submit, it asked me the primary school question thing. I selected "no." Since my old stuff says "yes" and they have a new transcript anyhow. But I didn't delete anything.

It's confusing and I probably didn't answer your question. I think it's best to call and have them walk through the steps with you to be safe.

That is REALLY stupid. Why would they add a question to a locked part of the application? I'll have to find a way to sneak in a phone call tomorrow and try to resolve it. I'm hoping to avoid having to re-submit a transcript because I don't want to delay submitting any longer. Thank you for your answer!

Yeah it's frustrating. It's been verified or something already so they don't want us messing with it and making changes. I didn't think I'd have to get a new transcript but the dude told me otherwise. But definitely make time and give them a call. Good luck!
