I am currently preparing for re-applying again this year.

During deciding school lists, I realized BU was siled since submitting the secondary application and did not give me the rejection yet.

Should I re-apply to BU at this time?

No because they didnt want you last year otherwise you would have gotten an interview. They dont always send rejection letters. I would apply elsewhere unless your DAT went up several points
