Well to answer your question in a general way, it depends on your application if you get in second time around.
Some people have a great application but applied too late...applied early the second time and got in.
Others had to slightly improve by taking extra classes or seek another degree and got in. You know do a post-bac or get a masters.
And finally you have the bunch that will never get in either from a bad personality, grades, criminal record...etc.
I have a friend back in FL that gave up after three times. He had a 3.2 GPA and a 18aa/18PAT. I think it was his attitude. He never really got bad grades, mostly "B's" with an occaisional "A" and at most 3 "C's". He applied to so many schools that he should have gotten into, but sometimes you never know 😕
