I'm trying to apply for GPR as I did not get into any endo programs this year and was wondering if anyone know how to create a new account / get letters? I tried to make a new account and it says you can not use the same dentpin. All of my letters are tailored to endo and would really appreciate an insight into this..

I don't actually think it's possible. You may have to either apply with the letters you have or wait until post-match to apply directly to programs.

A lot of GPR programs know that they're a stepping stone to further specialty/schooling so I don't think it'll make you uncompetitive.

A lot of GPR like to know you want to specialize, it will mean that you actually are going to show face and work hard, a lot of people use the GPR just to work in NY and want to cash it in, directors would prefer to have people who are willing to work, it is a real life job afterall
