No complications. You can reapply for next year, even though you are on the wait list for this year.

I did this a few years ago, and there were no rpoblems caused by this. I got accepted from the waitlist a week after I submitted my AMCAS, and AMCAS even refunded my money (though it took them 6 months to do so).

Same here! I'm on three waitlists but starting the reapplication process right away to avoid being behind if none of them comes through. I'm hoping Murphy's Law works in my favor... 😉 (in other words, submitting the AMCAS and then getting in off a waitlist)

i applied to only one school this year and have yet to hear from them..suspect a waitlist ..the thing is that i have not heard anything from them yet (applied really late, interviewed late late april)...is it ok to reapply w/no difference in my application? no new mcat grades ect? i really dread going to school starting 2006 and i know that this school would definately offer me admission if i didnt apply so late but i thought that they would know that and take me this year...they have a huge class every year and i think an adcom would be flexible if they knew that i was someone that had credintals that they would gladly offer admissions to earlier on in the year...i know people with lower gpas, lower mcats and less ec's that got in early on in the year with no problems.. me on the other hand, had a great interview(or so i think maybe) where my interviewer was very pleased with me..decent gpa, above avg mcats for that adn any do school as a matter of fact...i think they are delaying b/c they are tallying up the acceptances that have been taken so far with deposits mailed...it would really suck if i got waitlisted due to a lack of space and then had to go next year even though i was good to get in. i dunno maybe im all wrong..should i apply ..if i do i would apply to this same school again and wouldnt they see that i have an application for the 2006 year already in again, indicating im ok with going next year ..when im really not. 😕
