Is it possible to apply through AMCAS and REDO one's first year in medical school IF they have already completed their first year at another med school? namely in the Caribbean? I am very curious..... and is the GPA factored in as well?

US medical schools don't like to admit students who've already matriculated at a medical school. It may be possible to transfer if you attend another accredited US school, though I would be surprised if you could transfer from a carribean school.
