my pd is goin to send lor in december
all other documents and lors from faculty have reached eras and uploaded.
can i apply now in eras so that program gets update about my pd lor when uploaded?
or do i hv to wait for application till that lor from pd gets uploaded?

I would advise that you apply now and not wait for for the LORs. Some fellowship PDs may still start looking at your CV even without the LORs. My 2 cents!
