under their portal, they say my application will be re-reviewed in 60 days...

is this a bad sign? feeling so hopeless

Happened to me last year and then I got an interview in Feb for Mar, then wait listed, then accepted in April. So I wouldn't worry about it yet. Definitely show interest if you would like an interview. GL!

They are probably hesitant on your application and still want to evaluate the applicant pool before making a final decision. At least your were not rejected so go enjoy the beautiful weather! There is nothing you can do about it now.
