I have written MCAT twice so far:
Aug 15 / 2008: Verbal Reasoning (04), Phy Sci (10), Essay (N), Bio Sci (10) total: 24N
Sept 15/ 2009: Verbal Reasoning (07), Phy Sci (10), Essay (Q), Bio Sci (11) total: 28Q

I scheduled for July 16th, 2010 to improve MCAT score (primarily VR and hopefully other components as well).
I feel I can be well prepared if I were to switch to July 30th (earning 15 days to study).

Since I have application ready from last year, I can get my primary verified relatively quickly (within 20 days or so).
By the time I get the score back August 31th, 2010, I am planning to submit my secondary application.

Do you think submitting secondary early September would hurt that much compared to mid-August?

My overall GPA is 3.60 (sGPA: 3.61)
I am applying from Canada to U.S. Med Schools.
My extracurricular activities are like following:
(Univ. Club president for two years, teaching at Sunday School for three years, Medical Mission Trip to Mexico and First Nations People in Canada, etc..)

Could you please leave any suggestions and advice for my situation?

Also, any feedback on writing MCAT for third time would be greatly appreciated regarding how medical school would perceive it.
(I heard as long as I show consistent improvements, it would be okay)

Thank you very much in advance.

Having another 15 days more to study would not have much impact to the verbal score though.
