I'm wondering if it's an issue to not have the Step 1 "performance profile" available to supply to residency programs. SFMatch requests that a copy be sent to them, though they don't require it. I don't have a copy, and the NBME apparently doesn't retain these in their records.

Would not providing it be an issue? My Step 1 score is ~92nd percentile (based on recent data). I can't change that I don't have the profile data, so there isn't much sense in worrying from that standpoint. But would its omission warrant some kind of explanation with my application?
 
No, you will be fine. Just send an official transcript. NBME clearly says the performance profile is for your information only, not to be sent to programs. It is inappropriate that they ask for it. I sent an official transcript last year and didn't get any flack for it.
