DOES USC SEND OUT REJECTION LETTERS DURING INTERVIEW SESSIONS OR AFTER THEY ARE ALL FINISHED????

I believe they send out rejections letters after they finish all their interview sessions. They have one more in March... My guess would be that they would re-evaluate all applicants who are on "active consideration" as well from the last interview session and rank/decide who to send acceptance and let people know where they stand in the waitlist. I assume, the remaining people interviewed or not, would receive rejections?
