reaching medical student diary writer??

I have been trying to contact one of the writers on the medical student diary portion of this site. Every time i submit my question I get a server error message. Any advice for me? What's wrong? I have tried to send the message from several locations, so I am positive it is not a problem on my end. Thanks for the help in advance.
