In the interest of maintaining formatting, can we all do the following please?

1. use the 'Reply' button on the MOST RECENT thread, this way we are adding to the most up-to-date list.

2. include the programs you are adding yourself to in the topic line, even if they are already present. this gives applicants an idea of what programs are still giving invitations.

3. delete the [quote and [/quote] portions of your reply, but keep the [b [/b]

This is how it gets messed up: what happens is that someone replies and doesn't remove the quote tags. Then someone else replies to that 'quoted' reply and it removes the bold tags. Don't be the person doing that.

Next person to mess it up will be recieving a PM from me informing them that they need to go and fix it. Yes, that means manually adding in the bolding code or copying the last bolded post and updating it with everything added downstream from your post.

Any chance we could make this a sticky?

I think the interview thread is flawed regardless.....I was okay with it at first, but after hitting "page down" for the six hundredth time, I decided that there's got to be a better way.

Besides, who gets their panties in such a tight bunch over formatting codes? I know we're all nerds here, but WOW. The stick up your a#@ has a stick up its a#@.

What would the better way be? It works well as long as people follow the VERY SIMPLE guidelines that blue haze posted.

Agreed. And mentioning the name of the program you are adding takes 2 seconds, and saves everyone from hitting 'page down' 18 times
