Readable yet useful Echo book

To those in the know can you recommend a solid intro text to echo. Preferably one with a really good TEE focus. I'm not looking for the Harrisons of echo. More like the CMDT of echo.

Something with a CD would be a bonus too.

I personally like Oh, but for beginners Otto is probably best. I don't know if it has a CD.
