Reading Comprehension help

Hi all, I am a very slow reader, have trouble finishing on all the ones I tried. So I figured S&D is the ultimate way of going at it for me. However, when I actually do it, I end up panicking and switching back to reading and not be able to finish the test. I know I want to try finish using S&D, but I'm afraid I can't answer any questions b/c I'm jumping around flipping through questions and the passage. Is there a certain effective way of doing S&D? Do you end up reading all paragraphs at the end of the questions? Or just read parts by parts (not the entire paragraph)? Detailed explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. I also hated the panic that came with Search and Destroy. You might not like this advice but I found it most helpful to just read the articles and then answer the question. It worked for me!
