Intern here. Trying to read some neuro stuff for fun and for better knowledge.
Wijdicks v Adam and victor v other?
Start/finish reading Adams and victor before even considering reading other things?

Merritt is a very good book, which can be finished in residency! I would also recommend Mayo board review.

I recommend the Continuum journal articles. You can pick out whatever topics are of interest and they provide a great framework for dealing with common pathology seen during PGY2

Getting an AAN membership and reading the last 10 or so Continnuums is probably the best approach. As far as texts you'll see differing opinions regarding which is better between Merritt's and Adam's and Victor's. I prefer A&V but really just pick one and stick to it if you are a textbook person.
