lymphokine is a chemical signal released by lymphocytes, generally stimulating more lymphocytes to react or respond.

Spooling? without a clear reference I can't coment.

Diaphysis - middle section of long bone
Epiphysis - end section of long bone

Startle response - instinctual response in animals brought about by danger or abrubt stress. generally results in stimulation of sympathetic nervous system.

doesnt it have something to do with a laboratory technique in a bio lab...i remember we had to "spool" DNA more than once...and as I recall we did this after the DNA precipitated and we were to wrap it...sort of fish for it...and "spool" it on a piece of glass...
