There are so many different versions of the test that it really doesn't help at all to study the old questions because most likely you are not going to get them. The closest to the real questions is the sample released questions from NBME. Several identical questions showed up on my test.

I would have to disagree with the previous reply. If you are going to study information, why wouldn't you study information that has already appeared on the exam. Yes, the probability that you see the same question is low, and the probability that you see the same information tested is low too (but this stems more from the fact that there is so much information that they can test you on).

If you study info that you don't know if they are testing people on, there is at most the same (I would say much less) chance that you will see it on your exam.
