I’m looking for realistic schools to apply to (preferably allopathic). Here’s the stats.

  • State: AR
  • Ethnicity: White Male 25 yo
  • Undergraduate institution: Central AR University
  • Major: Health Sciences
  • GPA: 3.95
  • MCAT: 509
  • Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer)
    1. 2.5 Year scribe with 3000+ hours
    2. 100 hours free clinic volunteer
    3. Research experience: Zero
  • Shadowing experience: 15 hours Family Care, 20 hours pediatric acute, 24 hours EM
  • Non-clinical volunteering: 30 hours assorted community volunteer, 60 hours mission trip overseas, 100+ hours church youth group
  • Other extracurricular activities: PreMed club treasurer 1 year, member for 2 years
  • Currently living in Central Arkansas
2nd time applicant (rejected from state allopathic school), it’s the only one I applied to since I thought chances were best there. Obviously I’m seeking to apply to more than one this round 😉. Thanks for your help.
