Hey guys,

I'm really concerned about this logistical issue. I'm at an accredited canadian university and have submitted both my AACOMAS and AMCAS applications and had my schools send the transcripts this week. But I'm worried that some schools won't recognize canada's courses or w/e. B/c for some school's websites they say you need to graduate with a bachelors from a regionally accredited university. But what does that mean? Does it mean a school in the U.S. only?

Did any fellow canadian DO or MD applicants have to use a service like the World Education Services (WES) to get their transcripts approved before submitting them to AMCAS and/or AACOMAS?

I didn't bother going through the WES because I always assumed based on reading some school's websites, that a lot of them say "an accredited U.S. or Canadian institution." The problem is, that when looking at other sites they aren't as explicit. Can anyone comment please?
