Got everything uploaded except my photograph (I had neglected it). I uploaded and it should be available soon. Will programs wait to look at my application because my photograph isn't there?

If your application meets all the filter criteria, they'll see it (as long as photo isn't one of the criteria). Right now, my program is screening photos anyway--we don't look at them until we're starting interviews.
