I just got back my MCAT scores, Phys- 9 Verbal-8 Bio-9

GPA 3.77

Whole summer program devoted to shadowing doctors
President's Leadership Class
President of volunteer organization
Ambassador for school
Volunteer for Meals on Wheels

Want to apply to D.O. schools and IUSM.

what should I DO? retake it and when's the lastest day i can retake it for this application cycle

That MCAT will probably keep you from getting into IUSM. Most schools do not accept any MCAT from around September onwards. I don't know IUSM's requirement off hand - call them, they'll tell you.

For DO, you should no problem. Just give good interviews.
