What do medical admission committees think about transfer students? Are they looked down upon? If I transfer spring of my freshman year, will I come down upon as someone who can not commit to one place/ school? Will it make me less competitive of an applicant? Also would it hurt my chances of getting good LORs, club leadership positions, etc?
Anyone here who transferred during college and still got into a medial school of their choice or a top 10-20?

Nobody looks down on transfers. You'll have plenty of time to get LORs and campus involvement, you're only a freshman.
