Really worried, please help!!!!!

I just applied to 21 dental schools on JUL 11, 2011
My overall GPA is 3.45 sci 2.99,
DAT: AA 18 TS 19 QR 18 RC 17 Bio 18 GCEM 18 OCHEM 20 PAT 21

Has any one been getting any interviews that have similar stats?
Or does any one know any body that has got in to dental schools with similar stats in previous cycles? I am bit worried. Please comment.

I am also taking some Post bacc classes to raise my science GPA.
I also have a lot of ECC.
PLEASE HELP!!!

You're science GPA is too low.

You need to raise your sGPA. Take additional upper-science courses and ace them to get your sGPA AT LEAST above a 3.0. The higher, the better of course 🙂 Good luck! 🙂

instead of making new posts you can just "bump" your old thread and it will bring it to the top of the list in the Pre dental forums...

anyway to be honest your stats are too low in both GPA and DAT... there honestly seems nothing compelling about your stats that would have schools invite you for an interview, unless you have some outside EC's that are amazing, like you found a cure for something or invented something, that can possibly set you up for an interview...

This is just my honest opinion... you gotta bring up that GPA and get 20+ on all sections of the DAT...

In my case, the only thing im worried about is my low RC score, which is a 16, and im even afraid that its gonna cause me to land no interviews... In your case, you got a lot of things to worry about. Good Luck

I got an AA of 18 on my DAT, and my science gpa is slightly higher than yours... but I have an interview at Creighton in 2 weeks.
