I also don't know what your argument is for being a physician in the US if your family is elsewhere. Is all your US community service tutoring?

I applied to most schools in July to August, and maybe a couple in September. I should have definitely done more pre-writes haha

Your new activities add to your application and should help. Where did you apply and which schools interviewed you? 49 schools was too many. Students burn out and send in secondaries that are not as good or turn them in late.
