Reapplicant. Mcat retake. What schools should I apply?

solely off of numbers, where would be some good schools to apply to? Assume I have good experiences, shadowing/ volunteer hours, good letters of Rec., etc.
MCAT 490,495,495,506
Overall gpa 4.0

I learned how to take the test and manage my test anxiety! While 506 is not amazing, it’s definitely my best so far, and I’m not sure it’d be beneficial to retake again.

Seriously though, apply broadly, and I would probably only target DO schools. I would argue that you should skip any that you know average MCAT scores; this is especially true if you also decide to apply MD.

Three sub-500 MCATs is not good. However, some schools either heavily weight or only consider your highest score, and along with your 4.0, I think you could see some success.

your best and probably only chances at MD are in Texas. Apply to a bunch of DO schools and you will probably land a spot, assuming your ECs are up to par

Apply to all your Texas MD schools . It would also be a good strategy to apply to at least 6 DO schools and include TCOM and UIWSOM.
