So I got a question, I am a re applicant that got a few interviews last cycle, for the personal statement, should I mention the fact that I am a re applicant? or at the very least allude to it? and then mention the areas of improvement?

Yes. You should talk about the areas of your improvement in the personal statements. If you got a few interviews and didn't get in, that means that there were one or two parts of your application that the adcoms didn't quite "like" (e.g low GPA, DAT etc). It's really important to show that you have improved in those specific areas.

So, my advice is to write a paragraph in your PS and discuss those improvements.
