Never do it! Always edit, change, and improve. You want to include a paragraph or maybe 2 to show ADCOMS how you have matured as an applicant or shown dedication to the field. Start to remove things from your undergrad that aren't as important and replace it with these experiences.
 
It depends..were you offered a fair amount interviews last cycle? If so, you should be able to get away with little to no revisions. If you didn't receive many interviews, make an overhaul with your PS. This is the one area of your application where you have complete control, make it count!
 
Thanks for the replies! I applied in November last year and got 1 interview to my IS school (applied to less than 5) but applying to more than 10 this time

I just want to get accepted to my IS school which means they’ve already read my old PS while the other ~8 didn’t

Don’t be lazy. Revise it. You should always be improving every aspect of your application. Only reason to not revise it is if it’s so perfect that it belongs in the Bodleian library.
