Hi everyone,
I will be a re-applicant during this upcoming cycle and had a question regarding personal statements. I am in the process of re-writing/editing my personal statement from last year; however is it imperative that I mention my re-applicant status and improvement/strengthening of my application during my gap year?
Or is it okay if I keep my PS focused on my experiences (as I did this past year) and discuss my improvements in my application (i.e. additional volunteering, new job, higher MCAT score) in secondary essays that specifically ask about how I've improved my app during my gap year for re-applicant?
Not sure if my question makes sense, ^ was rather convoluted so my apologies! Any feedback would be great!
P.S. Is anyone able to read my PS? I know that there's a list of readers available however I'd really like to the opinion of someone who may be able to guide me in the right direction as a re-app. Thanks!
