3.85 cGPA, ~3.75 sGPA, I've volunteered in hospitals since sophomore year in high school and throughout college (with 200+ hours of college volunteering), I tutored elementary kids in college (~100+), have had different summer jobs, shadowed multiple doctors (75 hours total of 7 docs), some research experience (but no published papers or anything) and I graduated college at age 20 in 2016. For the last year I have worked (1000+hours) as a medical scribe in the ER full time.

HOWEVER, my MCAT scores are 502 (taken in 2015), 501 (2016), and I am waiting on the results of the third one. I know I shouldn't have taken it that second time because I wasn't prepared, however, I did not realize this until studying for the third time. The new MCAT I took a month ago I actually studied for and felt way more prepared than the other two, however, I honestly don't feel good about it.

I applied last year for the 2016-2017 cycle to only MD since everything was strong except for my MCAT, but did not get in. This year I will be applying to DO and MD.

For MD I am thinking:
Mizzou
UMKC
The CommonWealth medical college

For DO:
ATSU-KCOM
CUSOM
MWU/CCOM
VCOM–Carolinas
VCOM–Virginia
KCUMB
LECOM
NYITCOM
PNWU-COM
GA-PCOM
RVUCOM-CO
RowanSOM
TouroCOM-Harlem
TUCOM
UIWSOM
WVSOM
WesternU/COMP-Pacific

What are my chances for either? And do you have any recommendations for any other DO schools?

Last note: live in Missouri

I'd focus on DO mostly in your case. You've got a little under 50% chance (closer to 40%) of being accepted anywhere MD.

I would suggest applying broadly to DO schools since your MCAT score is on the low side. Start with maybe ATSU - Kirksville and KCUMB, since your state of residence is Missouri, as well as some of the newer schools. If your new MCAT score comes back great (513+), then you can try state MDs.
