You do not need to retake the MCAT since 512 is a good score. You have a good list but the Nevada schools accept few non residents so remove those 2. You could add these schools:
Vermont
Temple
Western Michigan
West Virginia

Agree with Faha, but delete the U AZ's and Mayo, if the latter was on your list.

You're fine for any DO school. Strt list with TUNCOM, Touro-CA, PacNW, AZCOM and both Westerns.
