Any reapplicants currently in a residency or had completed a residency? Can you give some advice to others who are reapplying?
How many years did you apply, which specialties did you choose, how many applications entered? Did you talk to any helpful program directors (or other applicants or residents)? Did research or doing more clinical help?
Did any of you reapplicants become involved in selecting residents at your program? What did you learn if you did join that area?
The biggest question of all, are you happy or do you wish you left medicine or did another speciality?
