does anyone know if reapplicants have to send in a whole new set of LORs for california schools? I know Western only has you send in one new one but what about Touro, Northstate, USC, UCSF, UCSD, Loma Linda, UOP?

From the UCSF website....

Reapplicants: You must provide at least 1 but no more than 4 new recommendations. If you fail to submit at least 1 new recommendation, your application will be considered incomplete and is subject to cancellation. If you submit more than 4 recommendations, additional ones will be discarded.

Simple google searches are usually the answer to everything.

Informative indeed, thanks.

I still submitted 3 LORs as a reapplicant even though 1 is required.
