Reapplying with same application

I did not get into any school this year. Got 2 interview, both waitlist. Definitely gonna reapply, the only problem is my reapplication will pretty much gonna be the exact same application. Should i just reapply anyway? What are my chances? Should I wait one year?

Some admission staff have commented on the links I have attached (namely goro and gonnif). They have some comments about reapplying.

School list advice for a reapp?
MD & DO - WAMC URM(?), cGPA: 3.3, sGPA: 3.3, MCAT 502. Reapplicant.

My take away from it is you should have some area of improvement even if it just applying on time or improving you school list. Why do the same thing and expect different results, it sounds like insanity to me.
