I received a check from ADEA for the amount of my AADSAS fee. There was no letter attached or anything. Anyone know what this is for?
 
Shot in the dark, as I don't know how it works, but did you by chance apply for the fee assistance program?

Who knows then. But you should definitely cash that without asking any questions.
 
Legally speaking, cashing a check is agreeing to a contract. If they sent it to you because they think you cancelled, and you cash it, you are in a sense agreeing to that.

Don't cash it until you know why you received it.
