I applied to about 25 schools last cycle. I got secondaries from nearly all of them, but 0 interview invites. I know my MCAT was weak, but my GPA is pretty high. I'm going to retake the MCAT. But what does this mean? Does this give any insight into how my activities, letters, personal statement were?

I've tried calling a couple of the schools, but they didn't give valuable feedback. For one of the schools, it was actually sort of odd, like they were giving me a generic response back since the feedback didn't really make sense. Do schools keep track of whether reapplicants called them after rejection for feedback?

Getting secondaries doesn't mean anything other than you filled your primary out correctly unless the school screens secondaries. Most schools do not screen secondaries, so you'll get one as long as you applied. What is your GPA, your MCAT, and what schools did you apply to (and what state are you from)?

Can't give you any insight without a little more detail. Most everyone gets secondaries because schools wanna squeeze money out of you.
Getting 0 interview invites could be a variety of things. Maybe you applied to schools that were too competitive for your stats. Maybe you had a huge red flag somewhere in your application that prevented you from getting invites. As you said, maybe your MCAT was the single reason - this could be especially true if your score was well below the 10th percentile.
I've been told by some of the premed advisors at my school that this past cycle was really... weird. They said things moved much slower, perhaps due to the new MCAT. I haven't seen the numbers yet but I would wager there was an increase in volume of applications. There were a lot of kids with good stats that ended up getting rejected.

I would calculate your LizzyM score (old MCAT score) + (GPA*10). So long as you apply broadly, a 65+ should yield at least some MD interviews and definitely some DO interviews (so long as your ECs are in good condition). However you should make sure your stats match up with the schools you're applying to.

Did you ask to make a phone appointment with one of the deans to get feedback on your file, or did you just ask whomever happened to answer the phone?

If you post all your application details in SDN's WAMC (What are my chances) forum, you might get a fairly solid review of your strengths and weaknesses.
