Receiving my MCAT score soon... do I need to send an update?

Retook the MCAT recently, and I've submitted most of my secondaries already. Will schools automatically receive my latest scores or will I need to send an update to each schools? At some schools, I'm marked complete, but at others, they see that I'm waiting for an additional score, so I'm not quite sure what the best course of action is.
