PTCAS has received all of my transcripts as of today, I already e-submitted but one of my lor's has yet to submit... will they wait to get it to send it to the schools? Sorry if this is a repeat.
 
I think they still mail out the application (they did mine) and then once the LoR is received they forward it on.
