I have almost exclusively used products from DermLite.
I thought their entry level model at the time (DL100) was more than sufficient for everyday use (albeit still overpriced) throughout residency. For someone in FM who will likely not receive advanced dermoscopy training, I think the more expensive models (while brighter with larger viewing windows) aren't going to add much to your diagnostic ability.
If you are going to order, I would call instead of ordering online as you should be able to get a discount if still a resident in training.
I like dermlite hybrid M. Pricy but large viewing window and (anecdotally) seems sturdier- mines lasted 11 years so far where the small ones seem to break more often.
