Hey everyone, I'm in the midst of starting to apply for an ep fellowship. I know the job market sucks, but I figure, its what I enjoy doing and maybe in the next 2-3 years it may get better. I've been looking through some old posts and see traditional EP powerhouses include:
- Michigan, Brigam, UPenn, Indiana.

However, my aspirations are a clinically strong program with high procedural vol. Does anyone have any other suggestions of programs that may not be so well known to look into? I'm open to anywhere but prefer tmperate to warm weather. So far I have:
- UC San Diego, Kaiser, Utah, Loyola, Ohio.

UAB is pretty high volume I think.

I have heard that Kaiser and UCSD are very high volume centers.

thanks for the replies. Definitely kaiser and ucsd are high on my list. Anybody know about Hopkin's and UWash? Are they good for clinical training or would they be more directed to folk's with academic/research aspirations? I would imagine Cleveland Clinic would be a great clinical program but looking on their list from the past year or two, seems they take internal applicants only.

Anyone else with any strong but not as well known programs?
