I can highly recommend a rotation in a pediatric ED. Some people dread it, but I loved it. Great practice suturing, standard OM, gastro, and strep, r/o appy, and asthma. I even did some lp's, casting, and i/d. I loved it and it was great practice. I also really liked pediatric ID. Learned what abs work for what and why they are rxed.
