Recommended Schedule for Informal Postbac Starting in the Fall

I'm considering starting a postbac this fall. I've taken calc and English but need all the sciences. Can anyone recommend a schedule that allows me to finish the pre-reqs ASAP and still have time to do some volunteering? I've lived the easy life of an ESL teacher in the two years after college, and I'm ready to get back into intensive studying.

You might just have to switch up the semesters since you are commencing earlier than I would be.
