Let's say that a school didn't give you an interview, and just rejected your app. Once you update OptomCAS with a new GPA, will the school reconsider you? This is in the same cycle.
Emailed them. I think there was a school that told me that they will reconsider you if your new gpa/oat meet their requirement even after rejection.
3 schools told me that they would review my application now that the new grades are posted. You should be fine.
which schools? I interviewed and am on hold at 2 schools right now, but I still want to keep all my options open.

I think you should stay hopeful and not give up. No one here can tell you if a school will look at your app again if you've been rejected. Chances are, you might not be looked at because your stats are not what they want. However, if its a low gpa and your current updated gpa boost the old gpa significantly, then they might look at it again. I would still update my OptomCAS AND send an official transcript to the schools directly so they can have a copy as well. You might also want to call the admission's office and ask about the status of your application after sending the official transcript. Worse case, you'll have to reapply for next cycle, but at least you gave it an effort because this cycle is NOT over yet. Good luck

Thanks, my failed class will be replaced by an A! 🙂 I'm hoping that the schools I'm on hold at will consider it, and other schools that I haven't interviewed at might look at me again. It's too bad Pacific just straight out rejected me without putting me on hold tho :/
