curious what software you use for record-keeping, scheduling, and billing--and how you would rate that software.
at my work we use The Therapist Pro. i think it's crap. it's buggy, clunky, and has a bad UI.
any concerns about using cloud-based services such as TherapyNotes? i know the counseling center where i did my internship was paranoid about cloud-based anything.
