Have a family member relocating to Las Vegas/Summerlin area in about a month or so. Late 70s with bad arthritis in feet. Periodically gets injections with some benefit by a foot/ankle surgeon. I'm hoping to find them so one who can provide more comprehensive treatment as that's realistically what they need at this point.

What does “more comprehensive treatment” for arthritis in the feet mean?

Arthritic foot pain should really be managed by podiatry/ortho. There’s not much a pain doc can offer
If they aren't surgical there definitely is. Possibly looking at injecting different joints that haven't been injected. Looking at alternative medications might be a good option...low dose opiates could certainly be an option but maybe things like duloxetine, etc, first. They aren't on anything except meloxicam and Tylenol but starting to develop some renal disease. Doesn't matter anyways found someone.

There are definitely options for PRP injections in the feet. Joints, tendinopathy, Achilles.
I trained with Josh Goodwin, who is the Regenexx guy in Vegas. He's solid. Eric Brimhall is PM&R/Pain and superb. I think he's in Henderson area, but not all that familiar with the suburb layout in LV.
