yes, it does. That's one of the reasons why the PAT is hard.

I'm not sure about 1 degree but there are definitely 2 degree ones.

I think if you ask anyone that has taken the DAT they will tell you the angle ranking section is extremely difficult. You'll get a handful of easy ones, but many of the angle questions differ by only a degree or two (at least it seemed they were that similar) and the angles are often oriented in different directions so it is even more difficult to compare them.
