I am retaking my MCAT sometime early next year, but I am not sure whether it would be best for me to redo UEarth or do a different 3rd-party QBank like Kaplan or JW.

The first time I took the exam, I made Anki cards and reviewed all the UEarth questions and still only got a 506.

Any advice appreciated.

When did you last take the exam? If it’s been long enough, I’d say it’s worth going through it again, but either way, it won’t be that helpful. People underestimate how well they remember MCAT questions.

I took it May of this year. I kind of leaning towards the side of not redo-ing it because, like I said, I made a lot of anki cards from them so I would definitely remember a lot of the concepts.

Eek. I'm gonna say if you have the time, might as well just look/skim through them quickly. But I'd rather you focus on AAMC and other resources.

Definitely use something new for review. The only thing you should repeat are the AAMC materials.

I'm going to say this in general and do not mean to attack any one particular resource, but they are all overrated. No one except AAMC gives passages and questions that are realistic. People mistakenly think that over-studying and doing really hard questions makes them smarter. Truth is, it often does more harm than good, because they are preparing for something they will not see on test day.

There are too many resources out there to repeat materials.
